Came here on a whim! I was very impressed by the customer service, as the worker who took my order was very informative and patient while deciding my order. Overall, my total for a salad and a smoothie was around 36 with tip. A little steep, but I would say the quality of my salad was top notch (and my smoothie).

The only downside to their location is the lack of parking.

i literally love this place. quick healthy food in the middle of downtown Nash. it’s a bonus that everyone is so kind. they also have the best sparkling water collection!

Been here quite a bit since it opened - everything I’ve had on the menu has been fantastic. Tried the macro bowl, golden state, and the curry up. Loved them all and super healthy.

Food is amazing! I recently paid 13.00 for a smoothie at Smoothie King so was surprised to get a smoothie at Upbeet for less. The place has a very cool vibe and I found the staff very helpful- Helped me make some decisions for bowls for colleagues I was buying for. I got the Aloha bowl and it was delicious. I love a place that has so many healthy options depending on how you are eating. Most items are organic and you can tell when you taste it. The salad dressings-AMAZING. I would buy them in larger quantities. Definitely will be a place I regularly go to!

Been waiting a long time for Upbeet to open, and it was worth the wait. Best fast healthy in Nashville. The whole restaurant is gluten free and almost everything is organic. The quality of the ingredients is top notch but most of all, everything tastes incredible. Salads, warm bowls, smoothies and smoothies bowls.. so much to choose from. RUN don’t walk to Upbeet!
