We had several hours to kill before a late afternoon flight on a Saturday. Needed a sports bar to catch some college football. This came up on Google Maps as being the closest to the airport. Ticked inside the Marriott Hotel, this was an amazing gem! TV at each booth, good food quick, & great service.
Cool spot! Great drink selection and nice menu!
Happy hour 4-6p.
Charging ports at the bar by the hangers to hold purses.
I really enjoyed the salmon entree at Champions, the fish was cooked perfectly, with a generous side of sauteed spinach and tomatoes, and delicate potatoes. The flavors all came together via a delightful citrus Asian sauce. However, I knocked off a star because my starter salad came out with the meal, which made it a little awkward to eat while the entree cooled off
The staff was friendly and it was a nice calm atmosphere. The only reason to take away a star was for the speed of service. The she crab soup was just okay, but the appetizer sampler was delicious!
I ordered the roasted Atlantic salmon and let me tell you, this was probably one of the best, if not the best, salmon meals I've ever had. The glaze on it was one of the most flavorful and delicious I've ever had, the potatoes, spinach, onions, and tomatoes that it came with were absolutely amazing. Our waiter, Ben, provided fantastic service and ensured we were happy and content the entire time. I would highly recommend this place and if you're a fan of seafood then try the roasted salmon. You won't regret it. Props to the chef(s) in the kitchen for a fantastic meal.
