    I’ve been on a quest for tacos al pastor from the trompo for months. This place was incredible!

    Before you go, you have to watch Episode 1 of @netflixfood Taco Chronicles. It will truly help you appreciate this taco and it’s roots.⁣⁣

    Tacotento is located at 3708 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211. Google Maps currently doesn’t take you to the right place. Try a different GPS. Yes the address is for a State Farm, but the place is next door on the left. ⁣⁣

    They do the trompo only on weekend nights after 5:00pm Friday - Sunday. ⁣⁣
    ⁣⁣
    Parking: There are a few spaces in the front (but can be hard to back out onto the main road). There are other spaces in the back of the building as well! ⁣⁣

    When you order make sure to say that you want pineapple (piña) on your trompo tacos. They are currently $1.50 each and they take cash or cards. ⁣
