Best brisket I've ever had. Saying a lot coming from a Texan. Keep up the good work!

In town for a baseball tournament, my son and I had dinner here early one night. INCREDIBLE! So glad we did. When time permitted this became our home base. Best brisket - some lean and some fat - perfect. Potato salad with jalapenos was my go to side - no need to try anything else, it was outstanding. We will be driving hours out of the way next time we head south to experience Charcoal Cowboys again.

Great service from our server Bailey and fantastic food. The ribs were outstanding and the sauses are "way" off the chart good. Definitely worth the visit.

Nothing less than Fantastic! Found this gem while passing through Nashville. What brought us here was knowing that they award winners and were on Pitmasters. Everything was sooooo delicious. We ordered a mixture of pork ribs, beef brisket, smoked chicken wings and pulled pork. Sides of cowboy baked beans, coleslaw, Mac and cheese and green beans. They brought out 5 different bottles of sauces to try and wow what flavor they had. Didn't use them hardly at all, the wings, ribs and pulled pork were seasoned so perfectly they didn't need any sauce at all. The blackberry BBQ sauce was perfect with brisket. The owner/chef of the restaurant came out and talked to every customer in the restaurant to make sure everything was good. Such a nice guy. Our waiter was really nice and informative. He explained what sauces typical enhance the flavor of the different meats. I'd give Charcoal Cowboys one of my highest ratings for the many restaurants I have visited over many years.

Amazing food! Smoked wings were phenomenal. I found Mac and cheese my kids will eat!! The atmosphere and service is great! We can’t wait for Thursday night trivia!
