The brisket plate is well done along with the ribs. The potato salad was delicious on this day but the green beans were stringy. This new location is convenient for southside locals who don't want to drive downtown.

The food is fantastic. The brisket is juicy and flavorful. The burnt ends are great. The coleslaw and BBQ beans are the best I've had in a long time. The wings.... Man are they good. If you get the Tucks Special, be sure you order some sides out you'll end up with just the sandwich. I've never had white BBQ sauce before, but it was great. It's a mayo based sauce and it's worth getting some to try.

The place was packed when I was there but it was a Friday night and bowl games were on, so it was expected. The staff was doing their best to keep up with the rush and they were generally very friendly.

Overall, I highly recommend Edley's.

My wife and I had 2 pork sandwiches (added slaw), basket of fries, potato salad and banana pudding. Every single bite was excellent from start to finish. The person who took our order was clearly new, but was very friendly and helpful. Overall awesome first experience.

Nice new restaurant. Has lots of TVs with sports and a bar. Has outside eating area. I had brisket sandwich 🥪 and tried regular and hot bbq sauces. Hot wasn’t very hot to me. Liked flavor of regular bbq sauce better. Really loved the brisket. Recommend this joint.

These reviews are wild, especially given that this place opened like 4 days ago…! This team is doing a TREMENDOUS job!!! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this new location. Food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was so kind and attentive. (Shoutout to the guy in the flannel shirt who took our order!) They even had some vegetarian and pescatarian options! :) I’m grateful to live so close - we’ve been watching this building grow for the past 8 months or so, and it’s so fun to finally see it all come together. We will definitely be back soon.
