Every other place in Nashville has disappointed me with bread that tasted like it was bought from subway the day before. This place bakes the bread fresh in house and you can really taste the difference. Some of the banh mi is definitely not traditional, but you can be experimental or stick with something like pork.

(August 25, 2020, 5:14 pm)Ordered the Impossible "Xiu Mai" Banh Mi for takeout. It was incredibly delicious. This place is definitely batting in the big leagues of East Nashville sandwich shops alongside Mitchell's Deli. The bread has an amazing texture, and the sauce they put on it is just packed with flavor. 10/10 would recommend.
