First Watch - Hermitage

Always enjoy First Watch. Friendly and open. They've got their staples but they do have some interesting and tasty specials, I'm partial to their Mexican Street Corn dish when they have it. Pancakes are delish!

A great place for lunch or breakfast. The pancakes are always good and the coffee is consistent. Friendly staff and consistent food make it a positive choice when you're hungry.

The only downsides are that it's typically busy (Expect a wait of 15 to 30 minutes an hour either side of noon) and the omelettes are usually a little on the dry side, even when compared to other First Watch locations. These things don't deter me from dining here, but they do discourage me from ordering some of First Watch's excellent omelette options at this location.

If you love eggs benedict, they have a great variety on an old dish! And, they love you on your birthday! Always fresh fruit and greens with some of the best coffee in town! Plus, coffee helps a worthy cause.

Excellent food and service. Great place if you're looking for much healthier choices than most restaurants. The food taste really fresh and the coffee is delicious.

The food here is great! Been here twice now and still so many things I want to try. Service is consistently good as well. Only down side is how busy they usually stay. You'll want to probably prepare to wait. Heads up though! Download their app and you can get your name in early I think.
