First visit and won't be the last. Service was fast and efficient. The lady at the counter was quite knowledgeable and made some excellent recommendations.

The hot Dumplings had just the right amount of heat and the Jasmine tea was the perfect accompaniment.

Awesome noodle soup! So good and comes in three different heats. Love the seafood version. The dumplings are wonderful as well and Wednesday is all u can eat dumplings. Definetly a hidden gem but not for long!!!

This place is amazing... I have eaten a ton of Chinese places and just generally places that make steam dumplings and this place blows it away. Plus all you can eat Wednesday is great.

I absolutely love this place. It's unique and a fresh addition to Hermitage. All of the food that they serve here is amazing. A few tips and everyone is different with their taste buds, but I would recommend using soy sauce instead of vinegar. I have tried both and using the soy sauce is much better. Just my opinion, but using vinegar is not a good mix. The menu selection is very small, so this is not a place to go for a filling meal, but rather a small lunch or a snack. One thing I wish that they would add to the menu would be rice, maybe a rice bowl too and a few more menu items as a more filling meal. I will definitely be back again.
