Best kept secret. Be prepared to wait a little bit. Solve this by ordering ahead! Worth it!

Good food, Friendly, fast service. Large servings, and the chicken is perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. Sweet heat and the medium sauce is a must try. I will try fish next time, it looks good :)

Food was good... I've been here prob over 50x at least. Ive been a customer even with the previous owners. I have rarely had any issues. Food is hot and fresh. Only real issue is they use the bread to sop up the grease. So i just ask for my bread on the side.

To start:

The fried pickles are awesome. Perfectly fried, with crisp breading. The ranch dressing that came with them was also tasty.

Now, for the fish:

The fish was fried perfectly. I asked for their "Hot," which is one step below their hottest level. It's what I always start with when trying a new MHC place. It was so very *not* hot. Flavorful, yes, but not hot at all. The spice mix is nice, but it needs hotter peppers in it.

They got some excellent hot chicken and some great service. Update :) they have closed for long time, now they are back food is still good. Hot spicy is hotter than my expect ???? ????
