    Pretty good taco! Had their sweet potato taco that was loaded with sweet potato, cabbage, and crispy chilies on top. It was pretty interesting flavors as I hadn’t tried something like this before.
    I wish they served more individual items like their birria tacos. You can only get those in a big pack for a family.

    Loved the sweet potato taco, and the chicken was very good as well. The quesaburria taco was good, but have had better (although not in Nashville). Churros were good but not great.

    Absolute best authentic tacos in Nashville that I’ve found. I would wait in line, in a severe thunderstorm, for 2 hours + to eat some - no question.

    I stumbled upon their food truck today, and I have to say this food is some of the best I’ve had in Nashville. Great, friendly service at the truck window. The tortilla is so full of flavor and amazing texture. The quesabirria was delicious, and the consommé was super flavorful. Every detail was top notch down to the sauces. I can’t wait to try it again!
