(August 29, 2019, 12:51 pm)Walking around east Nashville you can smell the BBQ cooking from The Gambling Stick. We liked it's quaint appearance and enticing aroma so we went back to eat there.
The platter with beef brisket and pulled pork with coleslaw, pickles etc was excellent. Very good meats. I would eat there again. -

(July 6, 2019, 1:07 am)Everything was above average. But if it was my place, I probably wouldn't have served the very unusual beef rib they served me which was missing a hunk of meat out of the middle. Overall, an expensive piece of mostly bone and fat that didn't cook very evenly. See pic.

(June 5, 2019, 7:30 pm)I love the Gambling Stick. It's in the Porter Road Butcher Shop. I go to Porter Road and buy bones for my dog then I usually come to the Gambling Stick for sandwiches. Right now my current favorite sandwich is the Piglet Brisket sandwich. Photo down belew. Give it a try. You won't go wrong!
