MISSION BBQ

We are from Toronto Canada & came to see Nashville. In all our travels I have NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING!! Like the MISSION!!! God Bless this place and All that they do for all our men & woman from All forces. I was overwhelmed by my emotions. From the moment I walked through the door as I looked at all the pictures and postings on the wall. ???? This is such an Amazing place....(coming from a Military family and background) I was very touched to know what Missions was doing for them. That it brought me to tears for its kindness and generosity.❤️ We ordered our meals which were fantastic.!!! The flavours were incredible! We then had a very pleasant young man named Ryan who came over and introduced himself to us & took the time to speak with us about the restaurant and our time here in Nashville and what we were enjoying around town. He was very sweet in listening to us and making sure we had all we needed or of anything he could do for us. We spoke of how we loved The General Jackson tour the day before & how incredible it was. When the crew from the General Jackson walked in. ???? He then proceed to tell them(the crew), of the wonderful compliments we gave them as we raved about our experience with them the day before on the cruise. ????. I left the Mission that afternoon feeling very overwhelmed with emotion & Pride all at the same time. Thank you for doing what you do. It's people like y'all that make a difference. God Bless????❤️

My husband got the brisket, and I got the “juicy yard bird” - both of which were AMAZING! The fries were fresh cut and seasoned - also amazing. There were 6 different bbq sauce flavors to choose from and we ended up using a little of each one. Didn’t realize that there is a mission BBQ closer to home so we will be checking it out again!

This is the most amazing place to eat... the food is beyond delicious, the staff fantastic and they love our country and service members. Please, please, if you want a truly American BBQ place with outstanding principals, go to Mission BBQ.

The food is fantastic and very patriotic atmosphere. Flags, patches and unit memorabilia from the armed services, police and fire are on the walls. In a day when companies recall a pair of shoes because of fear that someone will be offended by the US Flag, it is refreshing to have a company like Mission BBQ not only fly the flag, but stop everyday at noon and play the national anthem. Awesome company with great values. Highly recommend.

This place was great! It reminds you about what makes our land free and the food tastes great. I guess they also some times have live music outside? Though the person that played was great! If you love America and country music then this is the place for you!
