Ruth's Chris Steak House

I had Conner as a waiter this evening and he saved this review, and should be promoted. I was served the filet with the horseradish crust (at Conner's discretion). The first one came out burnt, being the first time at this restaurant I didn't think anything of it. Conner recommended I try a bite and it was burnt. I was then provided a corrected meal and it was delicious! You could actually taste the horseradish in the second one. Great food! Great service! And Great atmosphere!

An impromptu dinner on a business trip. A server that is deserving of an establishment with higher standards. Martinis were short and warm, also too sweet. Our steak was over salted, lobster tail was over done and over salted. Salad was smothered in dressing, and the cauliflower was tainted with panco/breadcrumbs. Very nice people, horrible food. Just a waste of time and money. One of our worst dining experiences. Unfortunate encounter..:

My Birthday dinner! Couldn't be more pleased with great service, delicious food!!

Parents and I were in town for a visit at the hospital. We all had the filet-them 11 oz, me 6 oz. they were quite good. Dad had the soup, he thought it was bland. My heirloom tomato salad was good. Sides were good-Brussels, sweet potatoes, spinach. Strawberry shortcake was dry and pretty generic in flavor. Usually desserts here at very good, this one could be removed from the menu. Service was attentive and pleasant. Overall a delightful meal. Music was too loud to enjoy conversation.

Had a great experience. Great food and Service. Thank you Zack and Tony. You both made my evening perfect. It started off a little rocky but Zack went above and beyond to turn it around. 5 stars
