(August 30, 2020, 2:04 am)If you’ve ever eaten a Cuban sandwich elsewhere in Nashville, you might have thought, “This is close to the real deal but not quuuiite.” Soy Cubano gets it all the way right. Definitely this best version I’ve had north of Miami. Also: don’t skip the plantains!
