The Kayne Prime roll is one of the best rolls I've ever had. Exceptional food and drinks. Would recommend making a reservation because they are usually packed. Waitress went above and beyond.

Something about this place is off. The appearance of the restaurant gave me and my two other guests the impression that it is an upscale place with equally impressive food. As soon as our food hit the table, we were disappointed. We all immediately agreed that the presentation of all the sushi rolls we received are on par with buffet level sushi. The only one that had an outstanding flavor was the crunchy truffle sushi roll. All the other rolls had a generic and mayo infused flavor. The fish included in the rolls also tasted very fishy and was not as clean as other sushi we've tried at other establishments.

Virago definitely has a pretentious ambiance. To me, it appears that it tries to depict itself as a boutique restaurant but after we departed, we understood that the restaurant's appearance is a veneer for a place that offers food at higher price points using basic sushi ingredients. The menu reports that they use this or that ingredient in this roll but the flavors were nothing spectacular. Just generic sushi flavors. The staff provided a good level of service.

The men's restrooms lacked hand soap dispensers in each sink. Of the three available sinks, only one had a hand soap dispenser. My guest and I were unsettled by this. How is it that such a restaurant with a nice appearance missed this detail? There are better restaurants to spend your time and money at in this city.

I simply loved their food. I always get excellent service here. The place is clean and the workers are always very nice. I highly recommend this place.

The food was fantastic!! The services was professional and very knowledgeable. The experience was very relaxing , great setting for a date night or small group night. Would highly recommend it to anyone

I solely knock off two stars for the noise level. My boyfriend and I had to yell at each other across the table to hear what the other was saying. For myself, this pretty much ruined the experience. Especially considering their old location seemed much more intimate. The design inside is cool looking and all but not practical.
The food is always excellent! Quality and presentation are great. I highly recommend the rock shrimp as a starter. Dumplings are fantastic too.
Service was a little slow at the start but it was Friday night and they were busy. All in all she did a great job. Waters were refilled consistently, and drinks didn’t take long at all to come to our table.
