“The hot chicken here is excellent. I love the vibe here, as well. There is a stage in the dining area and I'm not sure if there are musical acts during the week but there are on the weekends. The breakfast is good, as well. Tried one of the many breakfast scramblers recently and enjoyed. It was pretty much a large omelet and came with a scoop of hash brown casserole. The (buttermilk) pancakes were big and the powdered sugar on top was a nice touch. Server was generally attentive. Will definitely be returning, especially to order the hot chicken again. Highly recommend.”

“Believe the hype from the positive reviews. Visited for lunch at 11:15 on a Wednesday and got the lunch special. Big slice of pepperoni and a can of soda for about 5 bucks. They had Supreme and Meat lovers available as well. When you make pizza at home and use shredded cheese vs shred it yourself from a block, all the powder that keeps the shredded stuff from clumping makes it not as good in the end product? Yeah, I think they know this too because the cheese stretch you get from a bite is perfect. The crust is nice and crisp on the outside and soft and tender inside. Clear they know what they're doing with pizza dough. Talked to the owner and they make the dough fresh in house daily.”

“Stopped in here while traveling for a quick and healthy-ish bite to eat. I was not prepared for how great the food was, how friendly the staff was, how good their cranberry pecan bread was. I was blown away by this little, unassuming cafe, right off the highway. I had a fantastic chicken, bacon, avocado sandwich on jalapeño cheddar bread. It was outstanding. My wife loved her sandwich as well! She picked out a loaf of bread to take home. It was a big loaf and we thought it was too much for us. Nope! It was so good we got through it in a couple of days, much to our amazement. The kids loved it, it was great on thanksgiving leftovers (turkey sandwich on the cranberry pecan toast). We will make it a point to stop here the next time we are passing through (at least twice a year). This place rocks!”
