“It was just like all other Arby's, it is a cooperate conglomerate that operates on a standard business model for all of it's stores internationally. While the food was the same as all other Arby's, the staff was much friendlier than many others I have been in, this is why I rated 4 stars rather than the just average 3 stars. I will say the Jamoca shake is dang good, a statement holding true for all Arby's. So why come to this one? They are friendly. Preferably one would want to go find a locally owned family diner and support a local business, taste the local flavors and interact with the locals. If it wasn't for being pressed for time a local restaurant is usually where we would have gone and usually do when we come to visit, haven't been let down at a local diner in this town yet.”

The hash brown casserole was better than usual. The store side staff was friendly and helpful. Super happy with this Cracker Barrel.”

“Had a great experience! The staff from both food places had great customer service. Both ladies working today at 3:00pm were very friendly and personable. Tina Jones helped us directly with our order. Tina Jones provided us with the best customer service we have ever had. We went in and I didn’t really feel good so I wanted something light like a soup or a salad. Neither was on the menu or at the Loves. I wasn’t really sure what I was going to get. That is when Tina suggested that I get the fruit cups and make a fruit salad. She even offered to give me a bowl so I can combine it. This helped me w dinner now as well as breakfast for tomorrow. My husband got a pizza and she offered to give a smaller box so when he is done it’ll fit in the fridge in the truck. When the pizza was done she even brought it out to us! I wish everyone had at least half of her customer service skills.”

“Was kinda expecting some Greek dishes on the buffet. It was comfort food and everything I tried was really good. Meatloaf, fried chicken, baked chicken, a really nice salad bar...all of it was really good. Here's a helpful hint: fat people love this place. Its chock full of us. Fat people know where the good food is. Not sure about a place? Do a Fattie Check. If you see a bunch of us, its good to go. This place is great.”
