Amada Tapas & Wine

One of the best tapas meals I’ve ever had. Started with the chorizo croquettes and they were incredible. Fried deviled eggs, endive, mussels and shrimp were 10/10. Patatas bravas we’re crispy and soft but needed more sauce. Still might be my new favorite restaurant.

This is the cutest place with decor that is definitely suitable for a date night. My waitress was kind and offered great recommendations because I couldn't make up my mind on what I wanted to try. I started with the elderberry g&t which was refreshing for a hot day. Next, I ordered crab cakes. While small, they were packed with rich flavors and crab of course! Lastly, I got the shishito peppers and octopus. That octopus is worth a shot, especially if you've never tried it and are curious. The flavors made me say "wow" when I took my first bite. Also, the cook on the octopus was spot on meaning they didn't turn them into tires lol. I will most certainly return as there are more items I'd love to try!

I have been extremely excited to eat here upon opening. The wine was delicious, however, they only have a few bottles available to drink by the glass, which I feel is the largest downside to this restaurant. You have to be prepared to drink or you will have little options if you just want a glass or two. The food was excellent. We had the potato bravas, the meatballs, the scallops, and crab cakes. All were excellent. The service was wonderful and everyone was constantly making sure we were taken care of. This is a cute date night spot for sure.

Love the atmosphere and the food was amazingly delicious. The service was friendly and right on point. I definitely already look forward to coming back. I highly recommend spending an evening out enjoying a relaxed time with friends or loved ones.

We had a blast at this establishment! The food did not disappoint with balanced flavors and great service (Lindsey/Jake both were great servers). A great addition to Chattanooga!
