Big Kahuna Wings - Chattanooga

If you're not familiar, they use a dry rub on all of their wings and provide sauces you can use to dip the wings in. This is a big plus for me - I prefer dry rubs to sauces.

The big kahuna wings were very good. The fries seemed a bit cooler than I'd prefer, but not bad. It'd be great if they put the dry rub on the fries as well.

Also, they have a solid local beer selection.

This place was great! We went during the week and tried the chicken sliders for an appetizer, they were very good. We then split an order of the traditional wings to try some of there sauces on the sweet and spicy flight. I liked the honey siracha the best. The bar had a great selection of taps as well as an impressive selection of bourbon. The service was awesome. We will definitely be back!

The original dry rub is amazing!!! We tried siracha, spicy ranch, and spicy garlic on the side. They have sauce flights you can try or create your own mix. 25 traditional wings filled us both up! There's also salads, burgers, and wraps to choose from. We had a great first visit here. We will be back soon!

Huge beer, wine and liquor selections. Best wings I've ever had. I love the focus on the chicken and the dry rub. No need to drown then in sauce.

New place located at the old rooftop bar location. Super cool spot with roll up garage doors and a cool little patio with a view of the river. We visited here on the very first day they were open and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The manager Mike went out of his way to introduce himself to us and let us know that his staff will take good care of us and he did not disappoint. The food was over the top unique and good. The wings are actually served with the sauce on the side so that is super cool. We will definitely return back to this place.
