Fuji Steak & Sushi

Stopped here for family fuji night. Our server was awesome as well as the cook. We had steak, shrimp, scallops, and chicken hibachi. It was 100% delicious. YUM!

Great food and service. The sushi is great and the dine-in food is awesome. Only reason for not 5 stars is because the hibachi can be hit or miss depending on the chef.

The only reason I'm giving this a less than glowing review is because sushi is actually in the name so you would assume that sushi is one of their flagship products. The sushi I ordered was mediocre at best and terrible at worst. I may be a harsh critic because I love sushi and I've literally had sushi all over the United States but I've had sushi in Chattanooga that was excellent so I feel that Fuji can do better. Let me say that the service was excellent and the calamari appetizer was one of the best I've had, tender and crispy but the dipping sauce was bland. I feel like Fuji concentrates on the hibachi service and the sushi is a side note. I'll come back for the hibachi because it smelled amazing and the people seemed to be enjoying their meals but sadly I'll not order sushi here again. I want to stress that it's no fun to leave a negative review but I must be honest with my experience.

I rode pass this place so many times debating if I should eat here or not. So I decided to take my wife here for her birthday week. We walked in I immediately noticed how clean this place is. The staff is nice and greet with such a great smile. They gave us 3 choi0om how to receive our food and we chose the food to be cooked in front of us. The cook was funny and playful. The food was so delicious and I couldn't even finish all my food because the gave me the perfect amount. Also they are cheap. I would highly recommend this place.

We love sushi and it is awesome here. The wait staff very friendly and efficient. Very neat and clean. Bathrooms are clean and well taken care of as well. Prices very reasonable. I take family there often. Sitting at the grill is a GREAT TIME TOO. Chefs very entertaining!
