    I have never had bad experience at Ichiban’s in Hixson, Tennessee on highway 153. The shows are always wonderfully fun no matter how many times I see it! Everyone who works there is friendly and welcoming. You really can’t get better Japanese food!! This is a place that is worth experiencing!!

    I LOVE ICHIBAN, IVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. THEY ARE VERY PLEASANT PEOPLE AND THEY GREET AND TREAT EVERYONE WITH HIGHLY RESPECT. I RECOMMEND PEOPLE TO TAKE THEY FAMILIES, FRIENDS, ALSO CO WORKERS TO ENJOY THEIR RESTAURANT IT'S A AWESOME PLACE TO DINE AND THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. ALSO I'VE BEEN GREATFUL EACH TIME I GO TO BE DELIGHTED TO MEET THE MOST ADORABLE PEOPLE. TO REALLY SAY YOU WILL HAVE A ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE AND THE HUSBAND AND WIFE ARE SO SWEET THEY ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU TO I GENUINELY LOVE GOING THERE THANK YOU FOR YOUR HOSPITALITY AND FRIENDSHIP THANK YOU SO MUCH.

    It was exciting to be in front of a grill and watch a chef grill food in frontof me. I got the shrimp dish
    There was zucchini and I don't typically like it but it was amazing. Everything was nicely cooked. It was definitely an amazing experience.

    This WAS a great buffet restaurant to visit! They’ve closed the one in Shelby, NC, so we can’t get our fix/cravings for Japanese Hibachi and Japanese buffet foods! But due to Shelby growing the restaurant has been torn down and replaced with a Golden Corral!
