    Went on a Sunday around 4pm. There was easy and free parking. Lots of places to sit. I tried the honey brown ale. Really enjoyed it. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was friendly, answered questions, gave an informal tour of the brewery. If I am ever in Chattanooga again, I will go back.

    Such a unique hidden gem of Chattanooga in Saint Elmo. The sour beer is phenomenal!

    Mot-IPA ?abv good, low fruit & malt up front light bitter finish ("NE style", lightly clouded, not done well) 16oz ; Patt-Pale Ale ?abv good, some fruit up front with a sweet semi hop clean finish (not quite like any 'Pale' I've ever had before) 16oz ; (the 2 I had don't match up, stylistically speaking, with anything 'normal', he's 'winging' it)
    - 1 TV, hard to find poor signage, serving sizes and prices are NOT listed (no spec's listed at all), (only 5 offerings today, "2 saison on tap always", the other 3 rotate), ("just a hobby", don't come here expecting consistency), dog friendly, board games, good WiFi, some parking
