A unique new place to visit. My wife and I stopped in on an early Saturday night, and the experience was great. The bartender, who was our server, had some good suggestions for drinks, and he explained the menu well. The food is spanish-inspired, and we really enjoyed it.
I was hesitant to eat at Paloma because the menu I initially looked at didn’t seem to offer many veg options. But we ate there tonight and had an amazing dinner experience! There were plenty of veg options to choose from. We enjoyed 5 tapas (berengena y chips, deviled eggs, ensaladilla rosa, tortilla de patatas, and crudite), 2 gazpacho shooters, a salad (pera y remolacha), and a dessert (poached pears). Everything was beautifully presented and so full of flavour! The service was impeccable too. (It didn’t hurt that we were there early on a Friday night and were the only patrons there for the first 30 min of our dinner.) Our servers were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Can’t wait to dine here again soon!
We found out about this local spot while visiting the next door restaurant Alimentari. We decided to give this a chance on the following night. It was absolutely perfect!
We enjoyed drinks and tapas and it felt like being back at a Spanish town, like a mini getaway. The tapas were very authentic, boquerones being my absolute favorite! But they also had some more continental options like dates with goat cheese (yum!) . The desserts were the perfect finishing touch.
Paloma will definitely be a place I will come back to when I visit Chattanooga again!
Went here for the first time this evening. We left it up to the waiter to choose 6 small plates for us as well as 6 meats and cheeses. Everything was fantastic! Bacon wrapped dates, chorizo pops, eggplant dip, gazpacho... all were fantastic. We also had a few of the custom cocktails and were really impressed. So happy this choice is downtown!
We really enjoyed the menu and wine at Paloma. The service was a little slow to start, but the cozy atmosphere and excellent food more than made up for it.
