Meh. Portions on the salads are getting smaller and smaller. I have to pay extra for what I USED to be able to get on my Subway Salad. It is Subway, not a salad bar, this I know. But when a few veggies and some grilled chicken in a tiny bowl with vinaigrette dressing packs costs around $10...I find myself thinking, "I should have gone to the grocery store instead." Customer Service is spotty. I get it...we all have good days and bad days at work; but even if I'm having a tough day, I would never think of allowing this to take away from an outstanding customer service experience. Whatever happened to a Spirit Of Excellence within businesses? As a society, are we okay with mediocre service? I, for one, am not okay with mediocrity; anywhere. Sorry if I'm preaching to the choir...but if I am spending money at a place of business, a simple smile and a simple "thank you for stopping in" can mean a great deal!!! Be joyful!
Dustin Parsons works there , excellent customer service
They always have solid staff on board. Sometimes they only have one person working, but they make up for it with sheer effort. Solid place and have been multiple times.
After suntrust screwed up and didn't give us our full withdrawal, the sweet subway manager offered to review footage to make sure we didn't accidentally pay too much what Ken buying a sandwich. So, our bank told us we had to wait a day and the sweet subway manager was ready to review footage. Thank you guys! You rock. Great customers service!
