Taco Bell

Food was good, but it took longer than it should have to make it. The kitchen was struggling, mainly due to being under staffed. Several people came in after me and did not even get to place thier order until I received my food. There was no on at the register, and only one person on the cook line for the dining room side. The manager was trying to go between the cook lines to hell out, but he did not seem to be worried about the register. I used to be a manger for a restaurant, and restaurant management 101, you greet your guests as soon as they come into your restaurant. Most of the time, a guest will be more likely to understand if thier food takes a little longer, instead of not getting greeted at the front door. Even if you just let them know that it will be a min before they can help them. Seem like the GM has some work to do.

It was actually great went inside everyone was nice food was actually hot and eatable which is an improvement over some taco bells and the dining area was clean the enviorment was an improvement over most of them locally.

I went to this Taco Bell and was just expecting to get something fast to eat. I wasn't expecting what I got. The guy David in the drive thru was the nicest, most polite, and friendliest guy. He was very accommodating in changing an order and making sure the food was right. He was very good at multi tasking and keeping a good attitude. The food was really good too. One of the best besides Shallowford Rd. Will definitely go back to this Taco Bell. Great Job!

David (Drive-thru employee) is awesome! He is always very professional and greets people with a smile! If everyone was like him, this restaurant would be even better. :)
