    Uncle Larry himself took our order. Friendly fast and incredibly delicious. A must for anyone looking for a great meal in Chattanooga

    Do you want an authentic Chattanooga foodie experience? Like Carolina barbeque, New York pizza, and Nashville hot chicken, Uncle Larry's serves up a local tradition: the hot fish sandwich. This is the slightly fancier version (read: cooked in a restaurant) of that staple offered up under temporary canopies along Brainerd Road every Saturday morning, or at Howard, Brainerd, and Tyner football games. Don't think you'll like your fish between two pieces of white bread with hot sauce? Order one of the platters instead. Portions are huge. Sides are fresh and homemade. They even have chicken--which I'm sure is excellent, but wouldn't know because I always order the fish.
