“Loved this tour! It was my first time on a Segway. I was very nervous but our guide Thomas was wonderful. Took his time showing us how to operate the Segway and soon I felt comfortable. The tour itself was interesting. My husband and teenage son also loved the tour. We had been to Chattanooga a lot before, but we learned a bunch about the city. Thomas was very knowledgeable and shared information in an interesting way. It is a great way to see city!”

“My husband is killing this granola bowl. Breakfast was good. Service was good. This place is not well insulated so we ate quickly due to the temperature inside which impart due to below freezing weather. We will return. A bit of cleaning is also needed. The sofa cushion is disgusting.”

“I recently discovered the joys of Starbucks beverages, and I must say this location in particular is phenomenal. The staff is super friendly and cheerful and in today’s world it’s a breath of fresh air. They are also very helpful in flavor suggestions and combinations which is fantastic for someone like me. I got went in this morning for a white hot chocolate with almond milk and they made sure to ask if whip cream was okay, twice! They also suggested some different holiday beverages to try. Awesome place! Keep up the superb work!”

“As always, great coffee, fast service, and super sweet employees. Only complaint is the structure of the parking lot/entrance, it is a little hard to get in with it being so close to the road. I feel like it could cause issues later on and should maybe rerouted. Still wont stop me from enjoying a good coffee.”

The artist an omelette came out in about three minutes piping hot and tastes amazing. I would highly recommend the spot for both indoor and outdoor dining and coffee. Great job!!”

“How do I describe my experience.. it's hard, the whole thing was absolutely fantastic. We went down to the area twice in one weekend. I hope the folks that live there know how lucky they are to have such a beautiful place. The architecture, the food, the sites, the whole thing. Tennessee people are just the best at the hospitality thing. I'll be back. Thank you ☘️❤️”

“Great gluten free food and amazing service! We were on a fast-paced road trip from Cleveland, OH to Alabama and back. This was the only place we stopped for food. Our server (Nick) went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and well fed. We ended up taking a duplicate meal with us on the road. It kept us going all the way back to Cleveland! I can't sing Bantam & Biddy's praises enough. Service is over-the-top excellent and the food is tasty, hearty, and sticks to your bones. From someone who is strictly gluten free, if you have a gluten allergy, you can eat here with great confidence. We look forward to visiting Chattanooga again, hopefully when we have a bit more time to linger. We will make it a point to eat here again(and again, and again...)! Thank you for a truly five-star dining experience!”

“Great food and atmosphere. You can find a nice booth hidden from view of the main restaurant and eat in peace. Also power outlets and USB plugs at every table is nice. They also have sketch books at every table so you can go through and see all the random art left behind for you to look at while you wait for food. Very cool place!”

“Honestly I thought all the 5 star ratings for this place were some sort of elaborate joke until I finally went in this morning. Despite the exterior, and weirdly being attached to the Days Inn, the for was great. Had some banana pecan waffles and they were very good. The rest of the family got pancakes and whatnot and they all have it the thumbs up also.”

“I had the "I can't believe it's not pasta." (Pesto plate with spaghetti squash) Squash was not soggy, great texture balance between ingredients, zucchini could have been cooked a little longer, good size distribution of feta chunks. I had a drip coffee, it was good, but didn't blow me away.”

“We have had both breakfast and dessert from here before and they are both delicious. Their coffee doesn’t disappoint either. Be sure to bring a bit of patience, because the line can get a tad long at times, but it’s worth the wait, and everyone behind the counter is friendly.”
