My goodness, until they came to East Ridge Ringgold road, I had never eaten at Jacks. But I absolutely love it. Their fries kinda have like nacho cheese seasoning on them and they are lovely. Youve gotta try their comeback sauce and ranch sauce. My favorite thing food wise is to find new sauces I adore and they are absouletly two of them.

Very friendly greeting. It is always funny to see the reaction if you get to ask them how they are doing first, she was genuinely surprised and pleased. The order was accurate. The food was hot and well made. The parking lot and the lobby were clean and well maintained. They had mustard out on the counter by the napkins but did ask if I needed ketchup. Easy to see from Ringgold Rd and easy in and out access

I always leave hungry. Overpriced, small hamburgers and very few fries. Others have you beat by miles. Portions are simply too small. Pretty good milkshakes. It is a convenient location (Center oof East Ridge).

I've been here a few times in the last week. Service is great, store is clean, prices are average. I've had their breakfast and the chicken tenders and fries and they have a good honey mustard dipping sauce and the tea isn't bad

My husband and I stopped in close to 9 on a weekend. The manager, Chad, served us. He was very efficient and professional. It was pretty much the opposite of the service I have recieved in the past. Much improved! Five stars!
