(September 26, 2019, 9:09 pm)Food is good. Portions are small. Chef salad is simply a lot of lettuce, a couple cut up tomato pieces, two slices of apples and beets and a hint of ham(hard to find). Recommend you don't get the salad! French Fries are pretty good but not many of them. Prices are average. PS: you may want to run by McDonalds after you eat because you are still going to be hungry.

(September 9, 2019, 9:33 pm)Today was my first visit to Southern Restaurant as I happened to be in the area. It is a typical, unobtrusive, home style southern eatery. The menu has many items from which to choose, daily specials, and dessert options. The server was friendly. The food was very good with large portions. I tried the Fried Chicken Livers, Okra, Turnip Greens, and Rolls. The food was piping hot and well seasoned. I would eat here again if in the area. Highly recommend for comfort food.
