Been coming here for years and took a friend to try it for her first time and she feel in love!! ????????❤️❤️ Definitely GREAT food, GREAT people!! It's like a family reunion Everytime I go. Everyone comes in friendly, smiling faces, and sometimes a hug.

This is a restaurant that has been here for years. If you enjoy Southern home cooking, this is the place. My only complain today was the chicken livers are not what they used to be a while back. Too much breading. The carrot souffle is excellent, the pan friend sweet potatoes I LOVE!!!. Atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Not "trendy or fancy" like a lot of people go for these days but a good place nonetheless.

Good food, friendly and efficient staff. It was nice to see the younger staff treat the older customers with kindness and respect, makes the overall environment better. Only thing keeping it from getting 5 stars was that there seemed to be a small gap in communication. We ordered shakes to go (which were really good) and while my husband went to pay I sat at the table waiting for the shakes. Turns out our server brought them to my husband at the cash register and he had to come back to get me. But other than that small thing, definitely worth stopping by and getting something to eat.

Food was mostly delicious. The fried sweet potatoes are usually the best but were a little watery today. Service was a little slow although it was not crowded. The desserts ate great but I didn't have room for that because the portion sizes are quite large.
