Memphis Street BBQ

BBQ in Chattanooga is a tough business to be in. Lots of options. I tried this place today and the loaded pork potato was wonderful. Moist flavorful pork and the potato was cooked just right. Deviled eggs were ok and banana Buddings wasn’t on par with Dixie BBQ, but I loved the loaded pork potato I will be back!

I tried this place for the first time yesterday. It's small but packs a punch with outstanding BBQ. I normally don't like Baby Back ribs but theirs are meaty and smoky and succulent. I also had the brisket, nice smoke flavor in the Brisket. The Baked Beans and Mustard Potato Salad; no complaints. Overall it's great to know that when I'm craving BBQ there is a place to go to satisfy that craving.

Best dang ribs in Chattanooga! Best dang brisket in Chattanooga. Won’t find a better tasting meat master chef. Seriously blown away at how good it tastes!

Went by after reading the reviews, and this place is beyond expectations. Excellent service and selection, very reasonable prices, and the owner makes it a point to converse with everyone who comes in.
I'll definitely be back to drop off some Cajun food to the owner since he asked me, and this is the only BBQ joint I'm recommending to everyone I can.
As for the food itself? I ordered brisket, potato salad, and slaw, and it was mouthwatering with every single bite.
Deserves more than a 5 star rating; even the property itself shows pride in the service provided, making it feel as comfortable as you would feel at your own home. Do yourself a great favor and try this place out, you will only be completely satisfied with the results.

We ordered a full rack of ribs and two combo plates. ALL the meat is tender, flavorful and delicious. The ribs are the best we’ve ever tried. Brisket is fantastic. Pulled pork isn’t the least bit dry and neither is the chicken! IMPRESSED is an understatement. Don’t miss out on this little gem!
