Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

For the past 6 months the Biscuits in the mornings are doughy, I mean dough stuck to your sausage patty when you open it!! I'm sure others will agree I would rather wait a few more minutes and receive a fully cooked biscuit that is actually eatable! They are a little pricier than other establishments and I wouldn't mind that if I could EAT the food I purchased!! Someone really needs to address the situation!! I'm not the only one noticing

Understaffed. Waited ten minutes on my order. Fries were great everything else not so much. I eat at Bojangles every Sunday, the food and service is great one week horrible the next

I like their biscuits they taste like fresh prepare biscuits and I always choose sausage biscuit or egg biscuit... and the traditional chicken biscuit and mashed potatoes are good I prefer Brown over White but they only have white gravy over their biscuits... the chicken is fried very well and it has a really good taste...

Friendly staff. Service was quick. Table was clean. Chicken and biscuits were great:) Took someone here for there first time ever and they also loved it. I definitely recommend the pimento cheese.
