Taco Bell

This is a much better location than the one on Hixson Pike. Hixson Pike is always running out of stuff, manager is so rude, and hit or miss on how things get made. This one, always friendly, items are always well made.

The Taco Bell Broad St is an excellent American spin on taste of the South West. The new entries are delicious additions to the menu. I ordered the Nacho Bell Granda Nachos. They were hot and delicious with just the right amount of sour cream and guacamole. The restaurant was clean and the staff was courteous and friendly. I will visit them again.

Wasn't bad actually, i haven't had taco bell in quite the while. Good service, fast movement especially during lunchtime. Iv never had a messed up order here or bad food. Overall i say this is a great place to stop if your in a hurry and want something light but tasty and delicious????. WE PROMISE YPU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!????????????

I absolutely love the Taco Bell franchise. However this particular location kinda sucked (in comparison to other locations)
Could've just been a bad day for the employees, they may have been understaffed, or they may not have cared. (who knows)

All I know is the food was made slow and service was very much bottom of the barrel.
I know they can do better.

Honestly, had one of the best fast food drive thru experiences ever. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name that took my order, but he went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. He was extremely efficient and nice. They had everything correct with my order except I had ordered a cinnamon twist and told him at the window and he ended up giving me two. Much respect for this man and this establishment. Definitely going back to this location for all my Taco Bell needs!
