We visit here at least once a week the wait staff is pretty good, food is good 99% of the time. Last week the alfredo was undercooked and we got small portions compared to the portions we usually get when we get the spaghetti with meat sauce. Bread is delicious with olive oil and spices. Salad dressing is the best in town. We will continue to eat at Olive Pit!

So I figured I would elaborate on our trip to the Olive Pit in Paris, I didn't snap a picture of our fried raviolis appetizer or the soup, which were both delicious, but we were seated promptly on a busy Friday night. Our waiter was super nice and prompted to bring us bread that they make in house and take our drink orders. The Pepsi was crisp and cold, not having an adequate drink at a restaurant has always been a pet peeve of mine. Even though I played it safe with chicken alfredo this livery was pretty amazing, very tender chicken, and a rich creamy sauce. And came with my choice of soup or salad so I chose Italian wedding, very very flavorful and required zero salt or pepper. After Mary twisted my arm and forced me to try a bite of her clam, bacon, cheese and rice thing I would no longer be afraid of the marinara sauce. It's rich and Hardy but not enough to give you heartburn and also made in house. The cannolis were absolutely delicious and we're a perfect end to an amazing meal. Definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Thos place is a hidden gem! It doesn't look like much from the outside and it's a bit crowded on the inside but they get the food and customer service right!

I adhere to a vegan diet whenever possible but have accepted that eating out will require accepting vegetarian choices.

Usually when I ask for meat free items at restaurants I get treated as if I'm inconveniencing the staff. Not here! The server was extremely accommodating and the food came out correct on the first try.

The server was attentive and polite without smothering and I gave a 25% tip, something I haven't felt justified in doing in a long time.

The food was good, particularly the tiramisu (which is my husband's favorite and we order it every chance we get often with lack luster results. It was an interesting take on the dessert but well executed).

I look forward to going back for a planned visit rather than just finding some place to stop because I'm too hungry to wait until I get home. We live about an hour from Paris but this would be a nice date night location to come back to.
