Very clean, and fast,friendly service!

Just arrived at Kroger park Burger King to pickup order made via app. Website states close at 11, ordered at 10:18 and tappped I’m here at at 10:30. All Lights on and apparent diner inside. Guy comes to drive thru saying close at 10.! applepay already charged!!. Kendal the manager just came to drive they and wanted me to leave because he is closed. Said my problem was with the app. No refund or apologies from him. Nice......

Returned next at 330pm ..Linda philips day shift manager was awesome. Apologized even tho nothing to do with her her. Offered up same order at no charge and trusted me to make right if apple pay declined charge.. I will pay her for sure if apple pay didn’t go though! Because she is what customers deserve. She and she alone is why I will continue to be a loyal customer.. “Darryl on the other hand needs more training and bk needs to update hours on app and google!!

To slow and don't use the drive thru don't pay attention and have to keep asking you same thing over and over then have to pull thru and wait 15 20 minutes for your order that you have to go inside to find out why your still waiting on your order that shouldn't take that long when using the drive thru .. We have visited the Emory Road store several times. I have not eaten at Burger King in many years because of a bad experience. I must say this location is very clean and the food was delicious and employees were very kind. The manager on duty, April was awesome and so bubbly checked to see how everything was. I am a customer again. Good job.
