Comfortable Environment, Good Grill/Bar Food, Good Beer Selection, Businesslike Service, Slow TV Service

There are TVs everywhere, and they have access to any sporting event that is out there. The patio is great, the have fans that keep it comfortable even in August. The breeze blowing through the garage-like doors is hard to beat.

I like their food. Lately, I’ve enjoyed their Beer-battered Cheese Curds. It comes out to the table pretty quickly and hot. The beer selection includes many of my favorites, Dragon’s Milk, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale.

The one frustration is that I will need to repeatedly ask the servers to set the TV to the game we came to watch. It usually takes over 20 minutes, 35 minutes most recently. I don’t expect it to change instantly, but I would think between 5 and 8 minutes is a reasonable expectation.

Food was awesome, the hospitality was great. Our waitress was the sweetest. Will definitely go back. It is on the pricier side, so this will be a date spot, or family outing type restaurant for me.

One of my favorite restaurant's in the west end of Knoxville. We had a large group for a birthday dinner. The service was good but the food was fantastic. I would highly recommend. It was a great time.

My two sons’ had there to go order prepared by the perfect chef.
Carolina Ale House is the only restaurant on the planet with a perfect chef working overtime to make the perfect to go orders.
The macaroni and cheese was cooked perfect and put in a well container for my two son’s to go order.
And the bacon burger with fries was also cooked at the perfect temperature with great seasoning.
The popcorn shrimp was cooked perfect on a bed of fresh cut lettuce and served in a nice to go box.
Our ice cream sundae was served with vanilla bean fresh ice cream with whip cream and extra toppings like cookies and candy.
My two sons’s to go order was perfect, most of all it was cooked and served by the perfect chef.
I hope a million costumers will bring their friends and family to Carolina Ale House this week.
And I hope the owner of Carolina Ale House, will give the chef and the host and bartender a raise for outstanding to go services.

Wanted to try something new so went to Carolina Ale House. I had the Phillie steak and my boyfriend had grilled chicken wings he said that the wings were the best he had ever had! The Phillie steak was delicious and I highly recommend anyone who likes Phillie steak to try it!! We will be going back to try other things on the menu.
