Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. I had trouble ordering via the app and was told there are sometimes issues transmitting the orders that way, but the cashier remained friendly and patient while I sorted things out on my side. The food is always fresh and delivered with a smile. The play area and dining room were both clean. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Awesome place! Great Chicken. Download the app. . I use curbside pickup. The app for Chick fil A is the easiest food app! And with rewards you get free stuff. This location is a little difficult to get into. So be careful. You can access from the parking lot for the Knoxville Wholesale Furniture center parking lot

This place is like Broadway musical! It runs like a well oiled machine. There are so many worker bees that are kind and friendly. Had the pleasure to chat with Alex and he introduced us to the owner Eddie. What a pleasant fella! Great smile and personality plus! I bet he's a great boss. All the employees seem so happy! As usual, food was excellent and service was super fast in the middle of lunch rush. Have also been through this drive through abd it is really fast. Chic Fil A never gets your order wrong either!

I always love coming here. It’s always super clean no matter how busy the place is. The food is super awesome. The service is amazing and very fast. If we go during rush hour I never wait long. The staff is wonderful and super friendly.

My friend and I have made it a tradition to come here once a week. We love the service here and the food is always on point. Shout out to the best server we had, Betty White aka Christian. Amazing place!
