Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux

Our server was Mary and she made sure that our family dinner table didn't want for anything.
We order the alligator and mozzarella sticks first.
And their signature Scholarship and Jalapeno Jack burger with hush puppies and fries.
My favorite dessert from this amazing Louisiana flavor sports bar was the salted caramel shake with extra whip cream

Great service! Food was good. Not great, but good. I think I was just turned off because the shrimp in the devil's horn appetizer was EXTREMELY fishy tasting. My husband said the shrimp in his poboy didn't taste anything like the other shrimp, so perhaps it is just the type of shrimp. Hubby loved his food! I had a salad, and it was pretty good! I'd come back.

Walk-On's, at the time of our visit had just been open a few days! Being in a hurry, we only grabbed a quick burger and waffle fries. We could not have been more pleased. Our server was Alexander and we were taken very good care of! He had great recommendations and knew the menu! Our beverages never ran out and he checked on us every few minutes. I had the "Scholarship" burger and my wife had the "Hickory" burger. Both were fabulous! I can't wait to return and enjoy the rest this place has to offer. I did get a salted caramel shake to go and I wish I hadn't. I'm not sure what it was. It was some kind of frozen, milk water... Maybe the newness needs to wear off, but it was nothing close to a milkshake. YIKES! That said, I can easily recommend this establishment! The food and service was ABOVE average for my loved Knoxville. We will be back soon! ( Stay clear of the milkshakes!)

We went here for dinner last night. We never go out to eat at new places when they first open because they have to work out the kinks of new staff, new cooks, new computers, new menus, etc... but this place ran so smoothly you would have thought it’d been open for a year!! We didn’t wait for more than 25 minutes to be sat, the food was hot, delicious, and the presentation was beautiful!! Our server Brandon was TOP NOTCH!! He asked all the right questions, gave us time to enjoy our apps, and kept our drinks coming!! We had 2 managers check on us during our meal. It really was such a great experience!!!

I used to live in New Orleans and I miss it there. I love that this restaurant is here so I can get my Cajun grub. This is now my favorite place to eat, not just for the food but the staff make you feel welcome and invites you back. Shout out to Austin for the exceptional service. ⚜???
