Dazzos Pizzeria

We arrived here on Thursday evening, it was full and only table left in the corner. I thought it was pay and take your food to the table so I rush to the counter but the young server told me that they do serve. So went to the table and ordered the supreme pizza and garlic bread from the menu. The service was quick although it was too busy and everything tasted delicious.

I got to enjoy an amazing pizza and garlic knots while a guy OD'd in the corner. Staff handled it exceptionally well. I'd be surprised if that guy didn't OD from good pizza. In case you do wanna OD on good pizza, this place may be a good place to start.

I have eaten here quite a few times over the last month and I must say, the pizza is a definite must try. While I would prefer a bit more cheese, I do feel you absolutely get your money's worth and the flavor of the crust and sauce are excellent as well. Will most assuredly be coming here again if I find myself in the downtown area once again.

The food is always great (I particularly recommend the Caesar salad as an appetizer) and the service is friendly, but even with only a few tables in the restaurant it felt like our server just didn't have time for us. As a waiter myself, I completely understand being in a rush. However, there were not many other customers and it felt we were more of an inconvenience than guests. That being said, on the occasions where we did get to speak to our server, she was more than polite and accommodating. And again, Dazzo's has the best pizza downtown, bar none.
