Best breakfast and lunch in Knoxville! Gourmet food in a comfortable atmosphere located along a charming alleyway. Avocado toast, chicken orzo soup, muffins, cupcakes are all amazing.
First time, I had the Reuben with a tomato cucumber salad for my side. And added 2 coconut bites for a treat. So delicious! The reuben was fresh and the bread was toasted. The cabbage was pickled just right. A huge sliced pickle came with it. The salad was super crisp and bright. I will come back for sure.
Another good local business. Always preferred compared to chains. Better bakery, better coffee, better meal.
Stumbled upon this delightful Cafe completely by accident and what a pleasant surprise it was. It is unassumingly tucked in between two buildings off of Gay Street. They had a special of tamales with cheese in them and I added a side of the orzo salad. The tamales were homemade and warmed me from the inside out. Orzo pasta salad was a perfect balance of flavors. I also had a London Fog tea which was constructed perfectly! The staff was warm, inviting, and friendly. A member of my party had food allergies and they were extremely accommodating and helpful when she placed her order. I greatly look forward to visiting and eating here again.
