Firehouse Subs

I love firehouse. I have yet to have any variation of service other than excellent at any location and this one is no exception. Fast, accurate, and delicious.

The girl at the register was SO NICE. I didn’t catch her name but she remembered mine and always addressed me by my name. She had purple hair that was beautiful! She was so sweet.

Great staff at the Western Ave. location! I placed an order online and accidentally chose the Cumberland Ave. location. When I arrived at the Western location to pick up my order, I realized my error. However, the manager without me even having to ask, called the Cumberland Ave. location to cancel my order there, and quickly re-made my order at the Western location. This saved me from spending my entire lunch break driving across town. Thanks so much guys!

These guys and girls that work here are always amazing. We usually put an order to go, and have had zero problems. On top of that the customer service is always top notch. Very friendly, always smiling. I hope the upper management knows what a trove of good employees they have there.
