Everything here was perfect. Our server was very helpful walking us through the menu and making suggestions (which were fabulous). The manager was on the floor the entire dinner making sure all is well and everyone is enjoying their time there. We had the beet salad, eggplant soup, sea bass, salmon and pork belly and were blown away by the combination of flavors in each dish. The entire experience far exceeded my expectations. We will be regulars here! Loved it!!
Sad that I didn't even take a photo, but I was so hungry and the food was so good! I highly recommend splitting a beet salad (or eating it yourself, no judgement). I went during lunch for a meeting and it was a easy atmosphere to sit in and have a conversation, I'll be coming back for dinner soon!
Had an amazing dinner here on a Friday evening, super inventive food and really great service. The veggie omikase was really worthwhile, and the fish entree was super fresh. Will definitely come back!
Koyo Knoxville was absolutely fantastic! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food was LITERALLY out of this this world good! We had the tangy and rich crispy pork belly, sweet and fatty king salmon, and buttery Chilean sea bass! Paired with a top notch wine selection and cocktail menu. Even got to try an new sake. A great experience overall!
Really hoped this place would be great. Unfortunately my wife and I were underwhelmed. Some of the courses in our meals were really great but others were not. At the price point we expected much more.
