McDonald's

I have always have good service here although the place is not always very clean the staff work very hard and are generally in good spirits. the self-service machines rarely ever work correctly and do not include items that are on the menu but you to purchase at the register. they are not so much convenience as they are a novelty

Off Joe Hinton Rd and Middlebrook Pk. Very convenient and connected to Pilot gas station. Parking and driving into and out of parking lot can be tricky so use caution and watch for drivers who are backing out and unaware. Friendly staff at both establishments.

Service is timely, staff is friendly, but they will get your order wrong. I have now been too this location on three separate events, ordered the Bacon Big Mac special, and either had then punch in the wrong order or charge me for the Bacon Big Mac meal and leave the bacon off the sandwich. Three separate times!

As long as the order is a standard menu listing, they will get it right. But I will never order a McDonald's specialty item from this location again. I will find another McD's for my specialty order fix.

This McDonald's is attached to an Pillot gas station. They are super clean and stay very busy. They have the new machines where you can order and pay for your food without a cashier. Which I like, I don't feel as rushed. Decreases the line for ordering.
