Pho 99

Meal portion was much larger than expected and enjoyed every bit of it. Even though all utensils and sauces were available at the table the server still paid attention to me and asked how it was nearly every time he came by and checked my drink.

Unique place in Knoxville. Pho 99 has a stage andba bar. The staff is attentive and friendly. The inside is designed well and looks clean and comfortable. I absolutely love the food. Everything on the menu looks delicious. I'd highly recommend P4 the sirloin steak and beef ball noodle soup and a coconut drink. Go here if you want to try something new, authentic, and delicious. You won't be let down.

The 5 is for the rare beef Pho. The broth is beautifully balanced. Delicate yet rich with depth of flavor. Not too salty and not too sweet, which seems to be common with Pho, for it to be one or the other. They provided a good amount of beef, which had a soft texture. They gave the right amount of garnishments. The broth was so good that I'd order it on its own and be satisfied. I do enjoy Bida Saigon's Pho, but only after adding all the sauces, and it's on the sweeter side, which isn't my preference so I am very happy to find this option.

I come here for the past 5 years, mainly for the Pho noodle soup with beef slices (P3), which is by far the best I had in this area. I switched to vegetarian food few months ago and I struggle to find tasty dishes without meat or deep fried stuff. I tried the vegetarian version of Pho in many other places, and most of them felt like warm flavored water, but not here. Their veggie Pho has a really great taste for a soup without meat and is just perfect after workout or a stressful day

The food was delicious and plentiful! It's very nicely decorated, as well. The staff was nice, too.
I'd definitely recommend. It's just off the highway and easily accessible. Great if you're just passing through Knoxville.
