Sanctuary Vegan Cafe

the sanctuary is a small vegan cafe that has a simple, yet wonderful atmosphere. They have a wide variety and are purely vegan. I just tried their Caribbean Jerk tacos and absolutely love they're crunchy taco shell. It was a little spicy but not overly. They no longer carry vegan falafels which is very sad for me. I do understand having to change your menu to cater not only to your customers but also to what is available and affordable. You can call them and set up a party which I do recommend especially if you're trying to introduce people to vegan food.

This place is amazing!! We had the Oyster Po’ Boy sandwich (great flavors and textures, sauce in it was very tasty); Nashville Hot Chykyn sandwich (VERY good, moderate spicy level, “meat” had great flavor and texture); Traditional, Asian fusion, and Caribbean tacos (all 3 were good but Caribbean was the clear standout - one of the best flavor combos we’ve ever tasted); and the chocolate cupcakes with strawberry icing (super tasty and not too heavy). Staff was incredibly friendly and the whole experience was great - we’re bummed that we live so far away but we will be back!

This place is STELLAR! Went several times during my visit. Highly recommend. The folks were super nice and I grabbed a few pieces of artwork to take home. Great place. I hope I get to visit again!

Love everything I've eaten here! Not a vegan, but I have lots of food allergies and it is so nice to eat somewhere and it doesn't feel like I'm missing half a meal! Chef Dino is a wizard in the kitchen and I can't wait to try some of the new menu options.

My first time here was such a great experience. I wanted to try so many dishes it was hard to pick just one. I settled on the Cauliflower Buffalo "wings" and they were awesome!! I will definitely return to try some new vegan dishes. I am new to veganism and it's great to have a place close enough I can visit while out and about in Knoxville. Try them out! The staff is friendly and the chef's dishes are superb
