Our food soon followed about 10 minutes after that. Everything looked and tasted great and the staff was very accommodating. Everyone should give it a try. “I read all the good reviews, so I wanted to try this place out today. I ordered a turkey wrap, minus tomatoes, that was supposed to come with fries and a pickle. I ended up getting a turkey melt with fries and no pickle. I was a little confused, so I asked my waitress if I got the right order, and she admitted she made a mistake. I told her I would eat it anyway, and she took the price of my Coke off my bill. The sandwich was really good, although I do like my bacon crispy, not limp. The fries and coke were good also. They have tables as well as booths, but it's not real big inside. Also, you might want to use the restroom before you come here, because they only have one restroom, back in the kitchen. I'm guessing it's an employee bathroom that they let customers use. They're also adding a $1 to each order "temporarily", because of food costs. Since the turkey was really good, I plan on going back and trying the wrap next time... hopefully. I'll also try to get updated pictures of the menu, since I believe their prices have changed. Hopefully I'll be able to give them more stars on my next trip. They close at 2pm, so come early.”

“New restaurant up in North Knoxville specializing in Hawaiian/Polynesian food 🍍 Clean and good sized establishment with plenty of seating. I tried their "Loco Moco" dish which was pretty tasty 😋 It was a bed of white rice covered with gravy which included mushrooms and of course the beef patty with the over easy egg 🍳 I tried the "Hawaiian Macaroni Salad" which was okay, there was something in it that I just couldn't figure out. I also got myself a lime truly margarita and that was pretty sweet and tasty too! Overall the price for everything was about average. Friendly and helpful staff, I believe I spoke with the owner and chef 👨🍳 Will definitely be coming back to try their other dishes 👍”

The prices are modest and noticeably less than other Mexican restaurants in Knoxville. So don't be put off by the less than fancy appearance of this establishment. We got the Spudden Happiness Shareable which came with some of the best ranch I've ever had. The Mac Daddy Mac and cheese was delicious, and a good portion too, with some leftover even after we shared. The Can't Steak My Eyes Off It without blue cheese was fantastic, my sister took what was left to work with her. We loved it. Definitely family friendly, and amazing and bright, friendly atmosphere.”

“I had a great experience purchasing my new Pivot Trail 429 enduro from Kelly. While waiting months on a Ripmo order from another shop, I wanted to check out a Pivot I heard so much about. Walked into Echelon and saw this Pivot, it was love at first sight. Lol! It just spoke to me more. Kelly was very knowledgeable and helped me decide the 429 was a better bike for my use over the switchblade. I still can’t believe how much I spent on a Mtn. bike but Kelly was never pushy. What I really like about the Pivot is all the added protection you don’t think about when buying a bike. That was a bit of downer on the Ripmo I was planning to buy. Pivot really adds the finer details missed by many companies. I highly recommend this bike shop, even though I was never offered a cappuccino or a beer 😜 The service shop guys are super nice as well. My new bike shop home!”
