“Aubrey's is a great place to dine. It is kind of a casual yet upscale place with really good food. I have never had a bad experience there. The service is always spot on. This visit I had a salad ( I know but I was on a salad kick for a week) but it was a steak salad with apples and nuts. I think the red meat counts for something... it was awesome - it actually had steak that they cook to order. I got blue cheese dressing but it would have been better with a vinaigrette. The bread is awesome.”

“Great food , great service , our server (Melinda) was on her game she was always checking on us. Was very quick . And to see her bus her own table and clean and set up. I seen she even took the time to clean the table flags. We ate from the food bar the only thing the deviled eggs had no taste and seemed old. Other the that Melinda was AWESOME”

“First off I firmly believe that Krystal > White Castle. I enjoy both, but Krystal is better. Second, ive been to some horrible Krystal locations in the south, but this one is great! We received great and fast service in the drive through. I reserve "fast food 5s" for the best fast food restaurants and i give this location a 5 all day. I hope to get back to this location in the future.”

“Can't really complain about much here. The food was tasty which is the mist important thing. The service was also very nice. I had a lovely conversation with one of the ladies about Cincinnati while I waited on my food. It definitely made the experience that much nicer. Only downside was the sauce. The mild was really good, but the hot was basically just a hot sauce like Red hot or Tabasco. I was expecting a spicier version of the mild which was a more traditional bbq sauce.”

“I ordered a big mac meal with no special sauce and hot fries. My fries were hot and delicious but my burger was room temperature and the cheese never melted. The bun wasn't even warm as was the meat burgers. Didn't enjoy my sandwich so 50/50 rating =3 stars.”

“Great location, parking lot clean with ample parking, restrooms required some attention, food prices was great and food tasted good. Now for the negatives..... One of the worst waitress that we have ever had. Kept coming to the table asking if she did this or that correct but when it was time for a refill she was no where to be seen. When we went to pay myself and 2 other couples kept waiting to the point I took my cell phone to call the restaurant I was standing in to get someone to come to the register so we could pay and leave. The phone ringing was ignored. I finally got their attention when in a very loud voice I stated I would appreciate if someone would take our money. Then it took a moment for this person to get there. This was not during rush hour. Enjoyed the food but will attempt to avoid this Steak and Shake.”

“My entree was not all that appealing when it was served to me. Part of it was hot while the other part was cold. However, Ashley the mgr stepped in and made sure that my entree was prepared right and was very apologetic. I really appreciate how she went above and beyond to make my dining experience pleasant. “We just stopped here to meet other family members to drop off some kids. We just got guacamole and chips but the person who I think was the manager was extremely friendly and helpful and really went out of his way before and after we ordered to make everybody in the restaurant feel comfortable. All of the employees seem to be on top of their game and the guacamole was really good. We would go there again if given the opportunity.”

“After a long day of driving, we stopped in to get something to eat. Restaurant pretty empty but the drive-thru was hopping! Ladies behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. “I love their salads but the last time the grilled chicken was over cooked on my salad as well as my friends. We dined in and mine was on a plate as it should be....but my friends was in a to go container. Her salad looked smaller..We mentioned the latter to the girl working the front but she was young. You could tell that she didn't want to speak up to the cook about this matter...So we just dealt with it.---- The time before there were small black things in my salad that looked like course black hairs...I didnt see it until I had eaten almost all of my salad. I think or at least hope it may have been platic shavings from my fork??? Anyway it was disgusting & turned my stomach.”

“The Gm at the store went above and beyond to help my pregnant wife with her order. I wasnt there personally but she only had great things to say. He personally helped to carry her food out to her car and was extremely genuine about it. Food has always been good but hearing about that type of service will have me coming back.”
