“The lady who got my takeout order didn't check any of my food, realized while checking my own food that I was missing the extra marinara I paid for. Got to the truck and realized I was missing my wings and fries, went back in and got those. I ordered banana peppers instead of onions on my BBQ chicken pizza and got onions, it was also very dry. “I stopped in to my local Long John Silver's this afternoon. It had been a while since I'd been in. The first thing I noticed was that there were more people coming in than there used to be. When I got inside, I saw they have new grilled offerings along with the usual fried foods. I tried the grilled salmon and shrimp platter with green beans and slaw. The shrimp was okay, and the salmon was good, but dry. If there's a way to do what they're doing, and retain some of the juiciness of the salmon and shrimp, it'd be great. Overall, I was pleased with the addition of the grilled items. Knowing I have a healthier choice will surely bring me back more often. The only real drawback today was the slaw. They've changed the flavor of the slaw, and I can't wait for them to change it back. Keep the changes coming, LJS. I definitely think you're on the right track. (Except the slaw, it wasn't broke, you shouldn't have "fixed" it. )”

“Sitting here now. I ordered the New York Strip and shrimp. The steak is spot on, but the shrimp is way over cooked, dry, and rubbery. I would have liked to have said something sooner, but our server doesn't come around much. After waiting for the better part of 10 minutes to get a refill on my daughter's drink, she asked if everything was ok. I explained that the shrimp was dry and rubbery. To our server's credit she did offer to have it remade, but at this point I'm about done and just want to leave. Surprisingly, she only visited our table one last time to deliver our bill. $37.27 for rubbery shrimp that was inedible. I won't say the service was slow. It was more like nonchalant, as if she could care less if we were satisfied or not. This was our first time ever eating here and neither of us were impressed. I don't know if we will come back here again, but if we do it's a safe bet I won't be ordering anything with shrimp.”

“THE BEST Mexican restaurant in town and they've got steaks that easily rival the local competition. I love their fajitas and chimichangas! After eating their chips and salsa, I literally can't eat anyone else's, not even at the store. So, sometimes I'll pick up just chips and salsa to go when I'm craving them. Service is awesome and the food comes out quickly, fresh off the grill!”
