I find it incredible that they can have two drive thru lines, wrapped all the way around the building with 20 - 30 cars and still get your food to you within a couple minutes. Other fast food chains take longer with one car in front of you.

The drive thru is phenomenal. It is like driving through a carport. There was a worker in each lane taking your order and swiping your card. They tell you which car you are behind so no guess work on whose turn it is. If you are paying cash there is an outside cash register kiosk! You then go through another carport and pick up your order. I loved it. We only got milkshakes and lemonade but they were awesome!

I have always had excellent service. The employees go above and beyond. This is the best of the best fast food service establishments when compared to many other places. Actually, the comparison is unfair to the other places, as the service experienced in LC exceeds the experience I have had in even sit down restaurants. The employees are hard working, smile, and if something is wrong, they make it right. If they think it takes too long, they make it right.
