    Great hometown restaurant. They have a buffet with country cooking fare, salad bar and soups. Also a full menu with items ranging from pastas, sliders, burgers to steaks. Great prices and good quality food.

    Seafood day on the bar plus many other things. All was hot and fresh. I will definitely eat here again.

    The Shoney's chain has been reduced to a mere shadow of what it was in its heyday. During the 1960's it was affiliated with the Big Boy franchise. Failure to change with the times has taken a radical toll. The Lenoir City location is a bright spot among the few locations that remain in the greater Knoxville area. I had the American Cheeseburger with fries and soda. It was a good meal, prepared as per my request and served in a reasonable amount of time.
